I have no idea what brand it is. I need it in part of my yard to help the grass grow. It's not going in the coop. It's going in the yard. It's pelletized, so I don't want them eating the pellets. I also do want them digging in it if it is bad for them. Thanks
I appreciate it. It seems as though it cleared up on its own.
There is one bird however that has watery diarrhea. I just noticed it over the past 2 days. She doesn't want to be near the other chickens. She sits constantly and seems like she wants to push out an egg. I did put on a glove and...
I have 16 birds. I noticed one has diarrhea. A few days later I noticed a few had it. I'm not sure what to do. It's hard to tell which ones have it. They free range during the day. They seem to act normal except they have a bad habit of laying eggs under the roosts this spring. Any ideas?
Thanks
Here are the pictures... All the other chickens look fine except for one... Her feet look slightly pinkish. Here's his... any ideas?

I have about 20 chickens. They like to dig up my plants... I dont like that... How do I naturally repel them?
Also, the chickens love to dig up the dirt around the foundation of the house so much as the changing the grade in an area and causing water in the garage. I need to stop this ASAP...
I leave town a couple times a month and sometimes cannot find someone to gather eggs. How long can I leave them out there before the spoil?
I've had some out there 3 days and dont know what to do with them.
I hate to waste them. I'd like to use them and sell the extras but wanted to make sure...
I have a chicken that is disabled. She walks on her knees. She's been in the coop with the other chickens in a separate cage. She was like that for a couple weeks. I finally took her put of the cage and all they do is peck her head. I've used no peck and that seems to help... Will they stop over...
My rooster seems to have lost all of his tail feathers. It looks like a couple came back but it's very hard to tell. Any idea?
I've used Vetrycin and no peck on it.
I also have a hen that I think just has a skin and feather problem from the rooster bothering her so much. What do you think? Thanks
Well I finally was able to reach a vet 3 hours away... after calling a dozen local vets one prescribed tetracycline based on the other drs findings. It's not easy getting help with poultry... the chicken should be ok, hopefully. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for all the help.
As I said I just did this and was put in contact with state vet office. They aren't interested.
Thank you though.
I'm going to get Tylan (pr something better of reccomended, feel free to let me know) today. How do I go about administering it? I've never had to give a bird antibiotics.
I've tried calling them but they arent open yet. Any idea what it costs? Do they do testing for general public? I'm so frustrated at this point.
Thanks
Cant find a vet who will help without paying several hundred dollars. I cant afford that. It's pretty rediculous. Spoke to someone at the state and they really dont seem to think it's that big of an issue and that I should see a local vet.
Can someone please reccomend a facility that will run a...
Have you ever had a flock with a respiratory disease that was incurable?
If so, did you keep or cull the birds?
The reason I ask is because mine might but I'm curious about others. I've been worried about this all day and am going to have mine checked.
