    Another thing, I have a Dutch hen and OEG's. The last bird I posted, the hen, is bigger than the OEG's and dutch....Not sure if she is American game or bantam EE or if she is a cross.....anybody have any ideas?

    Does this sort of feather always mean frizzle?

    I have had chicks start off with that kind of feathering, but were not frizzle. I think that its because some don't preen that much, and if they did, the preening would take the sheath off their fast growing feathers, causeing them NOT to stick out like that and look messy.
