In NC We have several state labs that will perform testing/necropsy on poultry. Since you are in Raliegh, that lab would be where you'd need to take the body. Refrigerate, don't freeze. Give them a call if you wish and discuss before you go. Info below.
Any chance your pullets did get...
Does she have any lesions inside the beak?
It would be a good idea to clean out the ear discharge too.
Frequent crop adjustment, is her crop emptying?

I'd move the roosters and treat the hen.
She's scared and stressed due to being overmated and bullied by the roosters.
I don't see any Fowl Pox lesions on her, I do however see dried blood and scabs from pecking/mating and being beaten up a bit.
The mucous may be from some blood inside the...
Here's another article from @casportpony with photos of how she treats Sticktight Fleas, you may find this helpful too.

It looks like she has a Prolapsed Vent that has been damaged by picking.
Give her a wash up and take some more photos. Keep the exposed Tissue coated with ointment or oil. Get some extra Calcium into her for the next 3-5days. Calcium Citrate+D3 is always good to give, 1 tablet by beak daily.
I agree, I'd get the Extra Calcium into her asap. Give for 5days, see if she expels an egg or lash material. Work on hydration and see if she will eat some mushy feed.
You can make the mushy feed with the Corid water if you wish, it won't hurt. Treating for Coccidiosis won't hurt if you've...
Glad you started the Corid.
Possible the color of the poop could indicate Coccidiosis. Sounds like poop is starting to look a bit more normal. Cecal poop can be a variety of colors/textures at times.
Corid (Amprolium) is fairly mild, so you can deworm at the same time if you wish or if you...
Welcome To BYC
I'm sorry about your rooster.
If you can provide photos they may be helpful. A video of his movements can also provide some insight. Upload videos to youtube and provide a link.
More information is always helpful. How old is your rooster, what do you feed, including...
Yes, I think it's Wry Neck. Hopefully with vitamins this will resolve fairly quickly. I do understand that having to hand water/feed is not always sustainable. If possible, give yourself and her a small window of time to see if she improves, then go from there.
Your chicks are adorable. Keep...
Have you treated for Sour Crop? The crop being squishy, I'd check to make sure it's emptying overnight. Look inside the beak for any lesions or canker.
If the crop is not emptying, then treat according to the article below...
Yes, they can present with Wry Neck this early.
Do you have photos of her or video of her actions? For video, upload to YouTube and provide a link.
Starting vitamin therapy is good. 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex. Continue with the egg and mushy feed, electrolytes are o.k. but do...
How old are they?
It does look mainly like intestinal shedding, but I do see some mucous and stringy urates.
Since they are new to the property (I assume since you've had them quarantined), I'd treat for Coccidiosis.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of...
Does she have any Canker or lesions, mucous inside the beak?
I'd try offering her some wet mushy feed and bits of soft cooked egg to see if you can get her to eat. Of course continue to hydrate.
I'm glad you were able to get more pus out of the eye.
Do you have any antibiotics like Tylosin...
What color is her legs and if you look at the skin on her body, does it have a yellowish tint too?
I agree, her earlobes look more yellow than they should.
Try the Milk Thistle and see if there's improvement.
Photos of her vent may be helpful. I wouldn't give an antibiotic unless I was...
It was 33F the other morning then warmed slightly for rain.
Looks like another few days will be 33-35F or so, then trend slightly warmer.
I have a couple of tomatoes still on the vine, but I'm sure they are done for. Tis time I suppose.
@fuzzi your flocks look great!❤️
