Had a Bald Eagle cruise over at tree top level, nice. Half a dozen Titmouse on the feeder. Guess with this big cold front coming through it is pushing wildlife to prepare.

Today blinding sunshine, 69F, no wind and black hive wraps. Bees are crazy flying in and out all day with pollen from somewhere. Still going strong at 3:30 PM. Still have 2-3 qrts of syrup on each. Did notice top feeders removed from hives 12 miles from here. Here locally I can count 5 hives...

Big loop today, dump, fill gas in truck, drop honey off to daughter, bank so DW can cash pay chk, drug store for DW's script and of course stop at the diner, choice of 4 along the route, for breakfast, #2 on the list.
New kid in town! Now have a M Downy on the suet. F Downy, one Blk Capped Chickadee and Morning Doves. On the positive side saving money on bird seed and suet. :D
