I'm not new to hatching chicks... I've been doing it for years, but this is my first time with ducks. I candled them like three days ago and everyone looks good accept one I think is dead. It is now day 29 and still no ones hatching. Should I be concerned? These are Call Duck eggs.

I had three silkie pullets that started laying last night one of them died from being egg bound. I was wondering how common it was for them to do this? My other silkies didnt start until 7-8 mo. The chicks were not all from the same breeder either.

I use it in addition to Poultry Protector Concentrate and I would say it works. I always apply human grade DE with a face mask on because one time I breathed some in and I felt like I was going to die, but then I am sensitive to that kind of stuff.
