I have Golden Comet hens which one is 2 1/2 years and and 15 are 1 1/2 years old. None have ever molted. Should I be worried?

Both hens are 2 years old. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary when I am with them in the evening. I work all week but this weekend I could put her back in and hang with them all day.

She had a little bit of dirt. Cleaned it but didn't really look different.

Was hanging out with the girls this am and this poor girl came out of the nesting box limping. On further inspection I found this lump between her toes. Is this bumblefoot or something else? Doesn't seem to cause her pain and she's eating and drinking.

Actually we have two coops and two runs. Their runs share a shared fence. They've seen each other since the young ones were old enough to be outside.

Actually today was worse. I had to have my son help me put them back in their coop. Kept trying to jump on me. Two totally made it and then roosted on my arm. All 15 crowded me. Was afraid I was gonna step on one. Plus their chirping is getting more and louder.
