I had pictures made last week. Sent some home to Missouri and my sister asked if I'd lost weight!!!! I hadn't told anyone that I had lost any at all. That made me so happy!!!
Oh my gosh, I'm so PROUD of everyone!!!!! Looks like I've got to get back with it. I did really good today until supper. That is 2 out of 3 meals though.
I haven't gained any weight back, but haven't lost in a couple 3 weeks. I now have a new goal to loose 10-15 lbs by October. We are...
I'm going to check into getting some lavendar oil. If it works it's worth a try. Some nights I sleep like a rock, others,,,like a new born baby,,,,not much at all.
Was alli easy and was the progress fast or slow? Just curious...
CritterHill, I saw you post....we are both guilty.....time for bed!!!!!! Ok, ok, I'm on here because I wasn't sleeping. Going to try to sleep again now. Night night.
I promise to tell you to go to bed if you do the same for me. lol....
That is rough, I hate when I try to go to bed and my body is dying for sleep and the mind is on over load.
critter hill, good or bad just keep trying. I should have lost a LOT more by now, but, I had 2 weeks of not really trying. You'll get going again...just hang in there.
Why aren't you sleeping? Is it a physical or an emotional thing? If something is on my mind I can't sleep either. ALWAYS...

swamp ducks, it's ok to have a little no no. Having it once in a while is kind of like stoking a fire. You have to fool your body once in a while. Good job on the 4 pounds!!!
critter hill, I'm a milk-aholic. Can't keep away from the stuff. My main 2 beverages in life are milk and water.
buff and critter, you are exactly right. I'm wearing pants that I couldn't fit into a few months ago, even a couple weeks ago. the scale really didn't move much though.
Personally I need the scale a little. Water, time of month, and amount of muscle put on will make the scale higher. SO...
