The earliest you could probably tell would be about 5-6 weeks.... By this time you should be able to see a difference in the feathers it is developing.
Its interesting how the manual turning of eggs could increase the rate of hatching that much. I guess it shows how the auto turners aren't really as similar to the hen turning her eggs.
