    To answer a few of the questions about the wood, we used OSB for the panels. It's in between ply and particle board and is quite heavy and durable. With the paint on it, it hasn't warped, deteriorated, or otherwise shown wear and tear. We haven't repainted as it still isn't needed. Additionally...

    Thanks all, the coop is still in great shape. The icicle lights eventually stopped working so we replaced it with some white rope lights we found on clearance in mid 2013. Works great, even now. We never got around to adding wheels to the coop and so I wish we made the run a bit bigger for days...

    99.9% done! It is done without trim, which we plan to add in the next few weeks. No rush on it though. Finished product photos and some photos of the ladies checking it out! Thanks for looking! I'll update when I have the trim on :) Oh, and we're adding a roost soon...
