Yeah and I know coons will can mess cats up as well. We also have a few eagles in the area. Its just freaking weird when none of the neighbors cats go missing or my 4 other indoor outdoor cats. Only other thing I can think of is another cat chased him off.

I brood in the house for a week or two then out to the garage till they are fully feathered. Once fully feathered they go out with the Phoenix and OEGB flock.
Garage is insulated no ac. The flock is covered by a tarp and blocked in the back on one side at the bottom.
We have bad weather coming in tomorrow morning, so I got feed today and filled all my in-coop feeders and did water. Now if it's pouring down, I don't have to go out and do chicken things.
