How long to keep jumbo browns in brooder.

breeding cortunix.. Little help please
I also get confused with the genetics and breeding thingo as well...especially when it goes into xy xx yy yx (my eyes tend to glaze over). But I read somewhere you do combinations and you don't do the same combination until after the third or second combination... Some soap opera classics... -
YAY FOR BABIES!!!!!!!!
Put eggs in eski. Put ice in a separate container once (try keep to about 10degress) Condensation helps with less moisture loss but try not to get the eggs wet. Rotate eggs like you would do normally for incubation three times a day. Rub a dogs belly for good luck. -

Congrats for the hatching eggs ...hmm none of mine have hatched and I think I put them in earlier too. Note to self do not incubate during freaking weather events ie really hot weather and really wet weather that causes power outs... -

I bury them. But then something digs it out 4 weeks later and eats them... but that's their problem not mine. I was thinking of giving the developed babies that did not hatch to a person who keeps snakes. -

I think I am in... unfortunately I cant remember when I put my eggs in the bator because I forgot to buy a calendar to mark off. ... I also didnt bother to count how many I put in ... I just pulled out the tray and filled the bottom... Am I naughty?
