Yeah My husband don't like tuna casserole either so haven't made it in years. but would love to find a good salmon loaf recipe so if you come across one would love to try it.
yeah the 1st or 2nd year we bought wood chips from Lowe's @3.99 a bag needed at least 20 bags for our run so that got expensive just for them to poop on them LOL. Then a friend told us about chip drop game changer.
Not sure where you are located but up here in Washington we see plenty of rain so we use wood chips from Chip drop they deliver them to your house maybe they are in your area too. keeps them busy and keeps their feet dry and the mud at bay.
Our Chip drop has arrived for our chicken run so even more work to do this weekend. But love the chips in the run keeps the girls feet dry and clean. Since it is that time of year when its going to get wet and cold. its a lot of work but at least it is free :)
Oh my goodness i knew BigUms was eventfully going to get frisky just didn't think it would be so soon. Just saw him get his way with one of the old girls who has been chasing him and pecking him, and she let him.!! she just squatted right down and about 4 sec. later they were done:eek: Oh boy....
Spent the weekend putting up the new coop and winterising the old coops with a new coat of water proof paint now we have 3 coops so plenty of room for all 12 chickens felt they were a little cramped . Still have 1 more coop on the outside for BigUms or if I get crazzy next year and hatch a...
