How old are these muscovies? Can I clip their wings yet?
Thanks @Miss Lydia ! There was no blood in their flight feathers and we clipped them yesterday. They are now unable to fly and are happily enjoying roaming around the backyard. -

Can I clip their wings yet? I'm hoping the experts here can tell me how old these 2 youngsters are from the pics, and if they're old enough to clip their wings. Metzer's website says not to do it until they are 15 weeks, and I suspect these 2 aren't quite that old yet. We just got them 2 days... -

Oh, yeah, one other question: The new duck cheeps constantly and relatively loudly when separated from her new momma (and by separated, I mean by a few feet, as Delilah likes to hop up on a perch that the little one can't get up on). Is that normal for a muscovy? When will she grow out of it... -
