Is it okay to put 6 week old chicks outside? It is between 65-70 at night where I live and I have them in a cage with a towel over it to cut down on a draft, will they be okay?
My 5 chicks were 3 weeks old yesterday, and I have 15 eggs in the incubator to hatch on Friday. My dad says I can't have 20 chicks in the house at one time. Is it okay to put the 3 week old chicks outside now? It is in the 80's and 90's where I l ive during the day and the 70's at night, I...

This is my 1st hatch, I had 16 eggs and three have hatched so far starting at 5:00 today. There are a couple of others moving and cracked. Is it okay to leave the chicks in the incubator overnight?
When should I take them out of the incubator?
