I have silver laced wyandottes in a pen by themselves and saved there eggs for hatching. When they hatched the bitties came out looking different. Some were dark colored and some were lite. Cam wyandottes be sex linked or is this normal?
I have two white rock hens that were laying an egg each. Lately I've been getting 0. Today i caught one of them finishing up an egg shell. I seperated them to different pens to see if they are both eating them. What can I do to stop this or can it be stopped? I want to hatch some of there eggs.

my new hampshire red chick is way bigger than my other chicks. in fact i have a buff chick about the same size in the same cage. should i seperate them from the other chicks? they are the same age and were baught at the same time. I think they are both roos.
i have two game roosters that have long sharp spurs. my two boys (10 and 9) are showing them in 4H. i dont want them to get hurt so i wonder if the will disqualify the birds for cut spurs or will they deduct points.
how much could i sell these cages for if i made them to sell? it is two cages 2'x3'x2'high. i am using mine for a quarantine area for new chickens or sick chickens.

i have a golden campine bantam that i baught at the chicken sale friday. it is acting weak but his craw is full.when he breathes in he has to lift his head and open his mouth. he closes his eyes so it may hurt to breath. anyone had this problem? if so what did you do? can my chicken be helped?
