    how old to tell for sure bird's gender

    Hi! I also bought chicks from TSC. 5 pullets & 1 one straight run. The pullets look like hen....the straight run........which I was hoping would be a rooster....I'm not so sure. I bought them Good Friday...so I would guess they are 7 to 8 weeks old. The straight run's comb is somewhat pinker...
