My husband brought home two ducklings from the feed store that we hoped would become his new flock.
But by the luck of the gods... and I have terrible luck! I believe I’ve ended up with a blooming drake/hen pair!

I lost my Pekin hen to reproductive issues earlier this week. She and her Husband (Pekin drake) were bonded inseparably.
I am currently hand raising some ducklings who will become his new flock when they are old enough.

Chick on left is my baby girl Emily... She has barely any feathers compared to my barnevelder and light Sussex. But really does not pear to have any roo features. Am I being a paranoid mummy?
