    First one is out!

    First one out of the gate is a White Leghorn. Took no time to bust out of the shell. It's travelling around the 'bator like crazy! I can hear the others "cheeping" as well. Funny how they have different chirps. Have to display a pic.

    Day 20 Chirping!!

    Hi everyone, checking in from Okotoks, Alberta area! After months of research, I've plunged into the world of raising chickens! Built my own incubator and after some testing and finessing, placed 12 White Leghorns, 6 Buff Orpingtons, and 6 mixed in this morning. Quite exciting! Thanks BYC...
