Sexually frustrated Sebastopol gander

What's up with my goose?!
We noticed a "pouch" of sorts growing on the rear underside of our Pomeranian goose a couple weeks ago but didn't think much of it. She's now lost the feathers covering it and it sometimes look red. She's been acting ok and eating well, and it doesn't seem to bother her, but we're growing more... -
Watering Nipples stopped working...suggestions?

Is concrete mix going to be a problem?
The coop I'm building is on a slight hill, so one end is close to the ground while the other is about 16" in the air on blocks. Hardware cloth encase everything to the group.
