Why have the brown eggers stopped laying?
I am new to chickens and their laying habits. Our little flock started laying in August. I have six hens, and up until two weeks ago I was getting 4-6 eggs a day. Now, I get 2, 1 or 0 a day. Brown floating specks in the egg whites
What are these brown floating, odd-shaped specks in some of my eggs? I have searched this online, but nothing out there about it. They're not on the yolk, but floating in the white. Are they safe to eat? I won't even boil any until I find out if they're okay. Please help. Very new to this...- tthompson
