    Roo or Pullet

    I have bot long hatched a few chickies to add to my backyard flock, I can usually tell the sex fairly soon but I'm not sure on this one who is a 5 week old dark brahma x. I originally thought it was a female but the waddle and the bills look to big. What do you guys think? [/IMG][/IMG]

    I have a BO chick that had pipped the wrong end of the egg and I left s/he for 24 hours to see if it could zip itself out.     Hi from England! I have a small flock in my backyard of 5 hens and 2 Roos. Recently hatched a new lot of chicks and was very successful for a first attempt! Looked up a lot of advice from BYC so glad to now finally be a member!
