I have several favorelle hen's that are about 2 yrs old their toes started turning and pointing backwards also some brahma hen's I hatched less than 1 yr ago have same issue but not as babies seems to be the only 2 breeds out of the many I have what could cause this to be happening

my silverelace hen has had her mouth open for days she can close it but mostly its open she is fluffed up and squatting a bit her breast bone is sticking out no meat on or around it no food in her belly she tries to eat and drink but she cant any ideas

I am new to hatching eggs only incubated 2 times have been raising chickens for years now I love my babies haha I also have 4 children and 3 dogs currently I have 27 hens and one roo have eggs under a broody hen and a couple in the incubator can't wait to see my new babies
My hen is sitting on eggs today is day 4 I checked them and one is cracked and a piece of shell is missing I can see the baby inside and membrane is in tacked I can see veins are also good what should I do I transferred it to my incubator but I wasnt it to grow and live
