That is SB 1620 making it illegal for "Political Subdivisions" and "Municipalities" to not allow Backyard Chickens. However, those terms do not seem to include HOA's in the mix.     i might be doing something wrong but on the new site I can't seem to find anything when I search. I have tried putting it in quotations but I still get everything but what I am looking for. The ironic part is that if I Google it I get tons of references back for Backyard Chickens! Is it me or?
