Looking for some opinions. This chick is 22 weeks and was sold to me as a black copper maran but I've always thought they were probably an Australorp?
The other thing is that this one is loud as hell all day long and mounts the other girls. We have two of whatever this breed is and they're the...
Does anyone happen to have pictures of what your pullets looked like around the time they started laying? My girls are 15 weeks and my BO is maturing much faster than everyone else. I'm thinking she might be my first layer here soon!
I have two 5 week old australorps. They seem to be developing much differently so I tried to get some pics of them next to each other. Any insight on gender would be so helpful! Thanks!
I have 2 chicks that are coming up on 5 weeks old. They were sold to me as cuckoo's but look to be maybe australorps? They seem to be developing differently. I'm curious if one is a Cockerel so tried to get pics of them together for comparison. The last pic of just one chick is the suspected...

Hi everybody! I am new to the group and I know this is a pretty common question. As a new chicken owner, it's hard to ID based on pictures online since all chicks look so different to me ha! This little chick (Barb) was, of course, sold to me as an Araucana but I'm guessing she's an Easter...
