    Garden fertilizer (poo)???

    Not sure where to put this so trying here. I've been collecting droppings and sprinkling it on top of our garden boxes and then mixing it into the soil. Is this a good idea or will it be too hot when it comes time to plant our garden? Thanks for any info or tips.

    I have searched and read the topics on droppings but didn't find an answer...I have a hen that consistently drops heavy, wet and runny poo and I think that is all she ever drops and has been doing so for the 2+ months I've had her. Is this normal? My other hen has nice round normal looking...

    I have two hens and just bought a 50lb bag of feed. I just did some reading and it said one should use up an opened bag of feed within two weeks or it will get stale, like bread.
