    It's that time again....coyotes! Uuugghh.

    Woke up at 3:00 am to a howling bunch of coyote pups! they were so loud, it seemed like they were right outside my bedroom window! Going out this evening to make certain everyone is safe and secure! ;). And will probably do a once over to be sure those pups aren't "right outside my window"...

    new chick with one swollen eye. help!

    My Cochin bantams are hatching. One more hatched last night. When I took a peek at him this morning, I noticed that one of his eyes were "bulging" I guess that is the best way to describe it. There is a big bump (maybe the size of a large pea) the eyeball looks like something is covering it...

All three are pretty agressive with the hens. It seems that they are constantly jumping on them and biting the back of the hens...
