    What gender is my chick?

    I have a 8 week old chick and I want to figure out if it is a cockerel or a pullet. I’m not sure what breed it is either which doesn’t help. Where I live, we can only keep hens, as roosters crow and disturb others. I hope it is a pullet, so I can keep it. Does anyone know what gender it is? :fl

    What breed and gender is my chicken?

    I have a one month old chicken and I’m not sure what breed he/she is. Maybe an Australorp? It is beginning to develop gold colored feathers on its neck. Any ideas? It also has feathered feet.
