    What breed(s) do I have here?

    Bought at local hardware store. Sold to me as golden laced Wyandottes. They just look different to me! Bird 1 has yellow/orange legs Bird 2 has grey legs I know they aren’t show quality or anything. Just wondering if they are the same breed.

    Boy or girl?

    Lavender Ameraucana roo X Black Marans hen. 9.5 weeks old. Very shy bird. Won’t let me get any closer. All the others eat out of my hand.

    Bought at local farm supply. Sold to me as Barnevders. They look nothing like what I find online. Maybe Cuckoo Marans? Supposed to at least lay dark brown eggs.

    I noticed this little girl laying around in the grass while the others ran around her. She will sort of hop on one leg to get around but definitely not unless she has to.     Dog attack

    Hi. A dog attacked my chickens yesterday. We were out of town. I got home today to the loss of 8 hens and a rooster. One of my girls is hurt. I don’t know what to do for her. I have cleaned her wound. I just don’t want her to suffer. They remaining few are not eating or drinking much today.
