Broody breaking in winter? In or out?

I am pretty sure my silkie is broody. She is staying in the nest box, otherwise looks normal, will eat and drink if I bring her out of the nest box. If I put her in a broody breaker, do I bring it inside or can I leave it in the garage with no heat? Temp will be in the teens at night here.
