15 week cockerel. For the past 3 day I noticed that he seems to be hurt whenever he jumps from a foot or more of height. When he jumps onto or off of my lap or a roost, he lifts up and down his feet like he's stomping around for a bit.

Why is my cockerel crowing a lot? I read roosters crow around 15 times a day but my cockerel seems to crow double that or even more. Is this normal behavior when they're young? Is it a sign for something going wrong?

The light feathered one is 2 months and the dark feathers is likely 2 1/2 months. Was never told what their breed or gender is but was told the dark feathered one is a pricey chicken. Have them indoors for a bit because of bad weather.
