    Gold Laced Wyandotte- Girl or Boy??

    Hi there! Any ideas on the gender of this gold laced wyandotte? His/her brother (same age) has a much bigger and redder comb/wattle, pointy/upright tail and different feathering. Plus, the brother acts much more aggressive/rooster like. However, he/she still looks a little like a boy?? Any help...

    Any idea on breed and gender of this chicken?

    Hi. I am a little unsure about the breed and gender of this chicken? I initially thought that they were going to be a rooster due to having shorter wings when little but no comb or wattle so far and about 6 weeks old. Regarding breed- feathers are starting to grow on its legs.

    Chick died

    Any ideas on what may have happened to this chick? Was under my broody hen and would have hatched either late yesterday/today. When I checked this morning the chick was breathing and seemed okay but 2 hours later I found the chick hunched over near the back of the nesting box dead.

    Mareks? Irregular eye.

    Just picked up this chicken and chicks from someone who could not look after them this morning. Do you think mum might have Mareks? Or could the irregular eye be caused by something else? Otherwise she and the chicks seem to be in good health and are eating/drinking well. I have booked a vet...
