I have a baby silkie chick (maybe 2 days old) that my son brought in from the nest it is crying and its neck is twisted all around in an abnormal position. I think it may be in pain, it looks normal otherwise 5 toes etc... can somone please give me some advice?

I have 3 silkie hens and one white leghorn hen that are determined to become mothers this late in the fall. So far the Silkie hens have hatched 20 (with one being born just a little while ago) and they are still sitting. Is this normal behavior for November?
I am excited to join the forum. I just started with chickens this past spring and I am in LOVE! I started with 4 white leghorns that ended up being 2 hens and 2 roosters. Then I started my love for silkies! I have 4 hens and 1 rooster that gave me 31 babies! It has been a real joy raising...
