    Please help, baby silkie with neck twisted!!

    I have a baby silkie chick (maybe 2 days old) that my son brought in from the nest it is crying and its neck is twisted all around in an abnormal position. I think it may be in pain, it looks normal otherwise 5 toes etc... can somone please give me some advice? Thanks Lisa

    Unusual behaviors?

    I have 3 silkie hens and one white leghorn hen that are determined to become mothers this late in the fall. So far the Silkie hens have hatched 20 (with one being born just a little while ago) and they are still sitting. Is this normal behavior for November?
