Double nesters
I live on a golf course and many mallards are laying all over the place. I found a nest a couple weeks ago and when I checked it yesterday there were two hens sitting on the same nest. Is this common? Has anyone ever heard of this? Just curious. -
Frustrated new duck owner

Finding eggs?
I have a pair of mallards and 3 campbells(2 hens and a drake). I am having trouble finding their eggs. The pond is not very big and i do not see there being very many places where they can hide them but i havent had any luck. Anyone have any tips? Is it possible they are not laying yet? -
Incubating Question
After a duck has laid, how long do you have before you have to get the egg to the incubator? All advice appreciated.
