This one just looks different than the other two, redder comb, later feathering... your thoughts? ETA: He/she is about ten weeks old. Also, pushed chest forward and beats his/her wings.... seems like roo behavior, but these are my first chickens ever!

The sign said Ameracuna (sp?). Behavior, a bit of a bully. I wish I was wrong, but I am pretty sure he is a roo. Would have made such a pretty hen!

I did do a search and didn't find the answers I needed.
The chicks are from a locally owned feed store. I called this morning and some of the chicks are two weeks old and some are one week. Can I mix these guys or do I need to choose one wk or two week olds? Also, since I am not getting day...
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? VERY new, we are getting chicks this evening. Hopefully getting Americanas, Buff Orpingtons, and at least one other breed.
