In the day time though? I checked them around 10am before I went to work. I came back around 3 and they had been attacked. Whatever did this is a daytime creature. Whatever it is and when I do find it, it won't be happy.

My 6 week old White Leghorn pullets got attacked to day. 3 got their tail feathers eaten, and 1 got a piece of it's wing eaten. Of of the ones missing it's tail died. I saw no sign of entry as far as digging. The only way they could have gotten in was to be small enough to fit through the wire...

I have 21 buffs, 22 leghorns, 9 turkens, and about 8 mixes and they are all one month old. I go through about 50lbs a week also. Well, here lately they've been eating about 7-9 lbs a day since I put them outside...

For their first month, they've had a 60 watt light bulb and it has worked fine. Today it is 65 degrees outside. I may just turn the lamp at night. I don't think they need it in the day time. It's really warm here now.

The warmer it is, the quicker the cycle happens. You take the beetles and put them in their own container with wheat bran. Then, they will lay eggs and soon more meal worms will hatch. Then take the beetles and put them in another container with new bran so they can make more worms. See where...

Seems to me like you have two roosters and 2 pullets. Two of them have a more prominent comb sticking up.
