I personally have never seen an Irish Muff here in the states,but if you wanted to find someone who would know...check the ultimate fowl breeders list...

    i have always understood mottle to be a white marking anywhere on a solid color feather feather...black is the most common, but any solid color feather can be mottled....spangle must be a solid color with a black line then a white tip...a tri colored feather.

    Thanks Guys, the blue red in two photos is a Malay bantam, hard to see in photos, and the black is 1/2 Rampuri, 1/2 Tuzo, a new addition for me this season.
