I added a 110 volt pc fan to my hovabator hoping to improve my hatch rates. My temps use to be around 98-100. Humidity was 50% without sponge, 75-80% with sponge. Now they stay around 102-108 and I cannot get them down! I have turned the temp way way down and it is still running 102. Humidity...

We butchered our first chickens today. It took us 3 hrs to do 5 birds. Three weighed 5lbs and two weighed 6 lbs. Two of them were my son's reserve Champion Meat Pen Chickens.

I have a 2 week old Bantam chick with pastey butt and sleepy eye (or at least that is what it's symptoms are). It eats and drinks, is active but not as active as the rest of the batch. I had 2 others with same symptoms but died within 3 days of getting symptoms. Please help.
