Keep trying the vet, and tell them it's life and death - it really needs to be the correct antibiotics and they will likely provide her with some pain relief too.

I vote to keep the little angel alive while she/he is happy, eating and socialising well sometimes nature deals us special individuals, and I think to cull a chick that is otherwise healthy and just odd looking would be wrong. I hope your special chick grows up healthy, strong and unique!

I'd take her to the vet ASAP, mine visit our avian vet frequently and I swear by them! They can monitor her vital signs and assist her if she is going into shock too. I hope your poor little chicken is ok - rotten stupid dog!!
