Could you have an idea by what the tails look like? Like shorter tail= hen and longer tail= roo???

So, some days I think I have 3 hens and two Roos other days I think I've got three Roos and two hens I don't know what to do with gendering my silkies. I need help! Would any of y'all help a gal out? Also, one has showed a comb and wattles and the others do not does that help me with gendering...

this is my 3m/o silkie it has a comb and wattles and my other chicks do not... so, which sex is this one because it seems to have a round fuzzy top like a hen but a raised comb like a roo. the other chicks have a flat spot where the comb should be. also, what do you look for to know what is show...

Surely you don't have to have a license to trade chickens? The license wouldn't be too much for me because I don't have a large flock.
