I am not trying to be disrespectful with this post. I am not familar with Pheasants and have never eaten them. Why raise them when they are so small and don't have much meat? It seems like alot of work to butcher. How does the meat taste in comparison with chicken?

I am looking at getting started with Guinea Fowl. I am thinking that Jumbo Guinea Fowl are best because of their increased size for meat. Are there any disadvantages of the Jumbos and reasons to go with the regular Guinea Fowl instead?
