    Calcium carbonite comprises all mollusk shells including freshwater clams. I see no reason why you can't use crushed clam shell instead of crushed oyster shell.

    My Coturnix Quail babies hatched today!!! Right on time. So far 19 happy babies, 1 not looking so good , not sure if he's gonna make it and still waiting on 2 eggs. I will upload a video and some pics as soon as I figure out how to do it. My smart phone is smarter than me ha ha!
