    How much does a turkey eat?

    I have 3 female white turkeys and they seem to be starving when I put the feed out. They free range all day and are in an outdoor aviary at night. I give them 3 lbs of feed twice daily. Is this enough? JodyB

    I recently got 2 Indiana Runners. Named the female Indy and the male Hoover after the vacuum cleaner. To see them "hoover" their food and then go to the water and slurp it all up and back to the food. They are fast and funny. Those fat beaks just hoover it all in.

    Wow! Some say to put two nails in a stump, place the bird's neck between the nails and chop to kill quickly. Then drain the blood…how long does this take, then put into a pot of boiling water…again how long. Then pluck feathers? and remove insides like with a turkey? Help needed. Jody
