All of my yellow/brown chipmunk chicks have feathered or lightly feathered shanks so I am pretty confident that my bcm roo is the father.

Yes my chicks legs are feathered. It was definitely a marans egg that this chick hatched from so it would have had to be that my sfh roo got in with the marans which would not have been good for him with my marans roos disposition when it comes to other roos. A lady near me hatched out 20 or so...
I have swedish flower hens in the pen next to My marans but the sfh roo has never been out. If he had gone into my marans pen somehow my marans roo would have killed him! It baffles me!
