Thanks anyway. I plan it get a black Giant Jersey rooster as soon as I can. I don't really want to buy 15 chickens to get a rooster like you have to from an order house but I don't know where to just get what I want. I also want to get some white Giant Jerseys.

How do you cook that old a chicken? Crock pot???? Is there a way to know how old a chicken is? I bought mine already laying and was given the Rooster. I have no idea how old they all are.
