Thanks for the replies. Out of 8 shipped eggs I have only 2 that hatched yesterday. They are adorable dark chicks. Both are black with a touch of white. The legs are feathered. I'm trying to post photo but am having trouble posting pic to this forum.

I am incubating goose eggs in mini eco. The temperature is 99.5. Is this too high for Sebastopol goose eggs. The temperature is difficult to adjust in this incubator. Will the higher temperature damage the eggs?

I also keep my parrots separate from the chickens. The parrots have cages inside. Chicken coop is outside. I am careful to wash my hands after handling chickens.
