    I can guarantee that this is not what's happening. I don't know of any other sites as big as BYC that put as much time, energy, and resources into protecting their visitors and members as much as we do.

    I'm not sure I understand. If someone visits another website, and the user has cookies enabled, and a cookie is placed on their computer, we have no control over that.

    Thanks for the suggestion! We do have it show even when members are logged in That said, it can be removed once the users dismiss it using the X in the corner. It should also be linked to from the welcome private message DM conversation and also in the welcome email when peeps join.
