    Pleased to say I finally have 75 chicks out of 82 eggs set.I am really pleased as I found the tempreature up to 41 after the first 4 hours of going in and couldn't keep the humidity correct how lucky am I !

    My incubator is still air.I think it is about 30 years old I have not got any instructions with it .It stands on legs about 3 feet high is about 3 foot long and 2 foot wide.with a water Chanel running down the middle.It has air holes along both sides on the top.I didn't have any plugs for these...

    Thank you they are not bantams but the incubator has been slightly high .I candled the eggs yesterday and can see movement in over half of them very clearly.I can't wait !

    Thankyou for the advice It was about four hours at the higher temp so I will have to wait untill day 7.I'm praying I haven't killed them

    I set My eggs at 37 degrees c when I checked the tempreature had risen to 41 degrees c .I got it back to 36.5 Quick but it keeps fluctuating between 36.5 and 38 can anyone tell me if they will survie they have only been in for 36 hours. Please !
