Those eggs look great. Yes we cooked our first eggs the next day. So yummy. I am keeping an egg count for a year to see if they are earning their keep. Ha ha so far I'm up to 33 eggs. Getting about 5 a day right now.
Its a great feeling isn't it? 5 out of my 9 girls are laying. Within one week we have gotten 25 eggs! Before u know it, you will have more. Every egg I get is still so exciting!
I actually found it in the nesting box!! That was a surprise to me since I always read people saying how they find them everywhere but their nesting boxes!!! I'm hoping for some more tomorrow. I will check again tonight too! It's a great feeling. Yours will come soon too!! I'm sure of it

I'm patiently waiting for my girls to start laying eggs..... They are 17 weeks and it feels like a lifetime since I got them at 1 day old. Anyone else feel like they seem like they will never get any eggs??? I'm very anxious and wish I could be one of the posters with my first egg picture!!!
Thank you for the help. He wont let me pick him up, he is very scared of me. I just hope that I can get this aggressive roo to not attack anymore before it gets worse.
