Hi thank you
We have a stream right behind us and we see baby ducks there all the time

Hello all
I was sold pure silkie chicks however I am starting to have my doubts about two of them. They all have dark skin and 5 toes but two look different to me
Hi
Than you for the reply will definitely try that! It was the last 2 hatch actually 2 days after the others. Actually had to help it out. Hopefully it makes it. Such a sweet personality
Hi Everyone
I was looking for any of your expertise and knowledge
I have a silkie that was born last tue so its now a week and a half
its super sweet eating drinking but not growing at all

I have two groups of breeds right now with two separate coups and runs right beside each other.
My 3 silkies are in one and 4 doms in another. I let all my girls free range in the day and they all get along. they will even all go into one run and dust bath together. At night they all wander back...
Good Morning All
I have a coming 6 week old lavender orphinton that I am trying to figure out sex on.
It sadly lost its friend at 3 day and have being raised by my silkie hen.
He/she is so friendly will come when called and loves to sit on my lap.
any guesses as to possible gender ...
Morning. It's actually when I let them free range in the day. All my girls seem to be fine with the baby bit when the broody comes out she will go after the mama with her one baby. As they share the same coop I'm worried about them all in there together at night
HI
Thank you that was my thought as well.
My only issue is I have one other broody silkie in the coop. She has been picking on the mom with the adoption baby. Should I take the broody out?
Hello all
I have a bit of a situation that I'm looking to all you experts for some guidance. Little background info I have two separate coops. One with 4 Dominique's and one with 3 silkies. One of my silkies was broody and we gave her to baby buff orphintons and she adopted them right away...
Thank you everyone. We have a silkie hen that adopted two buff orphintons one passed at 4 days old she just has this one left she is now about 9 days. It's so cute to watch a mother raise them
