We've cleaned up her bum a bit and the area underneath her vent is swollen and red, and she has runny diarrhoea... she might be off to the vet soon. Still, any more ideas?

I think that this has been going on for too long for it to be an issue with her respiratory system, as she as been like this for hours. I think its something wrong with her digestion or ability to lay eggs.
